Erica is currently finishing a masters program in Human Services with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Portland State University. She is currently employed at Providence working in the child and adolescent inpatient behavioral health center as well as the Adult inpatient behavioral health center where she does individual, group, and family therapy. She is also employed at Volunteers of America working at the Women’s Residential Treatment center where she provides crisis counseling and support services to clients in an alcohol and drug treatment program for offenders. Strengths and interest are in Marital Counseling, Women’s Issues, Child Therapy, Parenting, Depression, ADHD, Addiction, and Empowerment. Erica’s supervisor is Bob Davidson, M.Div., M.Ed., LMFT, CSAT. Erica gets direct supervision, individual supervision and group supervision.

Bob is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Marriage Friendly Therapist, living in West Portland, OR.  He has been a pastor and chaplain since 1972.  He graduated with a BA degree in Theology from Walla Walla College.  He received his M.Div. degree from Andrews University School of Theology (1975) and his M.Ed. (1986) from the University of Louisville in Marriage and Family Therapy.  Bob served 20 years in the U.S. Army as a Chaplain and Medic.  For 12 years he organized and directed three Chaplain Family Life Ministry and Training Centers.  The last three years he was the Director of the U.S. Army Family Life Chaplain Training Program at Fort Benning and Columbus State University in Columbus, GA.  He has trained clergy, licensed professional counselors, social workers, and family practice physicians throughout the United States.  He served as adjunct professor for the University of Oklahoma, Auburn University, Columbus State University, George Fox University.  He continues training professionals, conducts retreats, guest speaks at churches, schools, and conferences.
